Our last day in Orlando we went once again to Magic Kingdom.
This visit was much more relaxed and laid back.
While Abby and Joe rode Big Thunder Mountain Railroad for the last time,
I thought Audrey Kate might enjoy meeting Tinkerbell and some other fairies.
I guess I was wrong.
At one point she simply freaked out, refused to go anywhere near the nice, pretty fairy
and when I knelt down beside her to talk some sense into her, she jumped onto my back! Like a monkey!
I had to get my sister to pry her off.
I think that is the first, and hopefully the last, time I will ever be embarrassed in front of a fairy!
Audrey Kate finally relented a bit and gave Tinkerbell a small-ish hug.
We rode some of our favorite rides again, like this one: The happiest cruise that ever sailed. (It's a Small World.)
We found someone to take a picture of all of us together.
I was laughing afterward and telling them, "Ya'll the entire time we were taking those pictures Audrey Kate was licking me like a puppy!"
I was interested to see how they turned out! ha!
(Here I am, getting licked. Nice.) 2 year olds are wierd.
I spent some time hanging out on Main Street, which I have never done before, and watching some of the characters, like these talented gentlemen.
Audrey Kate finally fell asleep in her stroller mid-afternoon, but right before she fell asleep she was playing with my sunglasses. She slept for 2 hours with my sunglasses on upside down. Too funny!
For Abby's special Disney gift she cajoled Joe into buying her this custom-fitted princess tiara. Only the best for our little princess, right?! Ha!!
She loves it, and now that we are home, she still wants to wear it every day.
It was such a fabulous trip---an exhausting but fun-filled 6 days. I can barely think of one thing we didn't do, we packed so much into our time there.
I'm still catching up on laundry, and I'm still tired. I think I left my brain at Disney because this week, taking Abby and Audrey Kate to school one day, I forgot Abby's lunch and I took Audrey Kate into her class with only one shoe on. (The other shoe was left in the car!)
Hopefully my brain will return soon. I need it to function properly.
Maybe I'll just have to go back to Disney to find it? Oh well, I could handle that!

I really wish I could love Disney half as much as you...We took the boys last spring and it was completely miserable. Complete with strep and hand, mouth and foot, blah! We may go back some day but probably not until Miles is 8 or so. And Brian will most likely not go. Anyway. Enjoy the game tonight! Miss you!
